A Surprise In The Mail

After checking the mail today I found that I had received a card! I'm always appreciative to receive something other than junk mail or a bill, ya know what I'm saying?! So, I speedily opened it up and it was a beautiful card. It didn't have daisies on it, but as most of you know daisies are my most favorite flower and that is how good this card made me feel.
On the outside it said:

You are loved...
You have a purpose...
You are not alone...

Then you open it up and it goes on to say:

You are loved...
Neither height nor depth, nor anything else
in all creation, will be able to separate us from
the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:39

You have a purpose...

the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm
you, plans to give you hope and a future."

You are not alone...
The Lord your God is with you...
He will quiet you with His love.
Zephaniah 3:17

I was already having a great day, but getting this card in the mail sure did make it better. I'm so blessed to have such wonderful friends in my life. Hopefully reading these words will be uplifting to you too!
