The Tubes Are In!

Well, today was the big day for my little man and he handled it like a champ! Christian walked into the surgery center like he was king of the world...in his mind he was (and is)! I was so happy to see him with such confidence though as the night before he had expressed some nervousness. Of course that's to be expected, but as any Mother knows it's tough seeing their little one afraid. Mike and I showered him with love and encouragement and tucked him tight! Apparently there's nothing like a good prayer and a good night's rest because he woke up ready to go! After the surgery his ears were a little sore and he was a little groggy, but with the help of Motrin and a little rest by mid afternoon he was good to go!
