As Ethan, Kaitlyn, Addeline and I strolled across the field to watch Victoria participate in various field day races, a thought crossed my mind. This is the very last field day my oldest child will participate in. She's headed to 6th grade. They, of course, are so busy learning and they have no time for play. : ) I must admit my heart felt a tad heavy watching her compete. The time has gone by so quickly. I will always treasure every moment she has been in my life. After all, she is my favorite 11 year old.
For what is your life? It is a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away.
